Dear Greg,
I should have added a "usually" to that phrase "prohibitively expensive".
In this case, the record company concerned (Big Cat) actually paid those
inflated costs, cos they wanted you lot in the US to get hold of it. Most
record co's we deal with won't cough up the necessary cash.
