Picking up on this messed-wit' trumpeter plays over ambient electronica, Jon
Hassell's collaboration with Brian Eno, "4th World - Possible Musics" is a truly
great record. If not for the credit sheet I would've certainly guessed Hassell
to be a keyboardist -- his trumpet makes sounds THAT other-worldly. Even more
beautiful though are the backdrops/'rhythm beds' of each track. Very bizarre.
Am I right to believe that this was a one-off collaboration?
