I heard Vapourspace/Mark Gage last night open up for Orbital (who absolutely rocked the house). I haven't heard G-Man, but Mr. Walker's description fits perfectly with the music that was played. Very dark, very sinister sound. I liked it. As for Orbital, my mind was completely blown. The crowd was definitely in an Orbital mood. The set was much more on the fly -- at one point I'm posititve that they were playing two different songs at once, total overlap. Weird and loud as hell. Finished up with Chime, which wasn't the best closer: the highlight was definitely "Satan". Everyone was bouncing, unlike the Organic show. BTW: Not that there needs to be another Organic review or anything, but I too am feeling verbose following the show and what began as a simple post is turning out to be a major novel. I should have some pics developed and uploaded by the first of next week. Check in Tuesday at: http://www.teleport.net/~szymczak/organic96.html Peace, pete. Dave Walker wrote:
