As I understand, the copies that came with
a decoder were special printings for Germany
and Austria (probably for Hardwax or Neuton
or whoever took them in Germany). I think this
was a thank you for the fact that the Germans
were responsible for taking most of the copies
of the early Schematic releases before they
were established. But I could be wrong.
