a) St. Etienne Daho, _Reserection_ EP, 5 tracks, 19 minutes. Sung by French pop singer Etienne Daho, produced by St. Etienne. Track one serves as an intro, not coincidentally the spoken words are the same as in "He's On the Phone". Other tracks are rerecordings of Saint Etienne tracks: "Filty" becomes "Jungle Pulse", "He's On the Phone" becomes "Accident", also "Paper" and "Hate Your Drug". "Jungle Pulse" and the version of "Hate Your Drug" perhaps improve on the originals. b) St. Etienne Daho, "Jungle Pulse" CD5. 2 tracks. The EP version and a barely-different radio version. c) Saint Etienne, "He's On the Phone" CD5, 4 tracks. Plus 3 non-album tracks. Great stuff. d) Saint Etienne, "He's On the Phone" remixes CD5, 3 tracks. Underworld mix of "Cool Kids of Death". Much like the album version, which he also mixed, except this lasts 14 minutes or somesuch. Plus another OK b-side.

Worth getting the single if you're a fan, but the real standout is the Secret Knowledge mix. --Mark
