Yes, it is available. I got it from Bent Crayon (bcrayon@en.com) about
a month ago. John, the owner, got it from Instinct. The 2xCD has been
released on Instinct's trip hop sublabel Shadow Records for a domestic
price. If you e-mail John at Bent Crayon he may still have a copy.
