I'm not sure that Orbital sampled that, (did they, anyone??) but
the original you referring to is from the
A.B.C. track "How to be a Zillionaire" (early 80's UK dance-pop)
I fondly remember late night Detroit DJ's hot-mixing the shit
out of this A.B.C. track... right alongside 'Planet Rock,'
'White Horse,' 'No UFO's' and Twilight 22's 'Electric Kingdom'.'
