Well, to subscribe to ZOMBIES you need to send a message addressed
to:
listproc@helix.net
Then, in the 'body' of the message (as opposed to the 'subject'),
you would put:
SUBSCRIBE ZOMBIES YOUR NAME
^^^^ ^^^^
'Your Name' would not be your e-mail address, but instead your actual
name. from then on, to post something to the list, you would address it to:
zombies@helix.net
