I believe Clark was referring to Repap which is the
more experimental sublabel of Paper Recordings
but Repap still have pretty firm roots in deep house.
Both Herbert (under the guise Musicman) and Hakan
Libdo (contributing heavily to the Bobby Trafalgar
releases) have stuff on Repap so that should give
you an idea of what Repap is about. But there is
also a fair share of downtempo moments on Repap.
Here is the 'official' label statement/bio to make
things clearer:
"With paper's commitment to developing music of all
styles, natural progress will be made this year as we
unveil the launch of paper's weird little sister label:
Repap. the amount of amazing pieces we were sent or
heard over the past two years we had no choice but to
create an outlet for people with like music minds to hear
them. the trax range from vietnamese nursery rhymes
to hiphop to john barry type film scores! leading the way
will be bobby trafalgar from sweden, truant, the
musicman (herbert) and rune lindbaek, plus a live
appearance at robodisco by the late-risers later this
year. we can't wait!! "
Repap currently has four eps and one album out:
. Bobby Trafalgar: album sampler 12" (Repap 01)
. Truant: the naked ape 12" (Repap 02)
. The Music Man: homemade 12" (Repap 03)
. Andrew Tytherleigh: hot muffin 12" (Repap 04)
. Bobby Trafalgar: in person cd/2xlp (Repap LP/CD 01)
You can find out more info and even hear some
RA & AU soundbites at the official Paper website:

Hope this helps.
