Dunno if this has already been mentioned, but I was at the City Slang site

http://cityslang.com) looking for some info on To Rococo Rot, when I found
this:
Tortoise have left the building.
Tortoise, Chicago's celebrated pioneers of, erm, Post Rock, don't live here
anymore. Their next album, though not due for some time, will be released in
Europe through Warp Records out of Sheffield. A member of Tortoise was
quoted as saying: "Uhm, uhm, yeah man, it's fucked up... man, it's sad..."
It appears another band has been sucked into the vacuum that is Warp :-)
