Wow. A second piece of music which blows me away on the first play in the same package (got a nice load via mail order today...thanks David !). I've always been a fan of the Wuttke/Flugel posse in all of their various guises, but this is one of those albums that keeps intruding from the "background music" plane and insisting you pay attention. I had one of those nice things happen where I forgot what was on and was surprised to remember it was this - but given that Flugel has been a part of Alter Ego, Primitive Painters, ro70, Acid Jesus, Sensorama, Warp 69, Holy Garage, Soylent Green, etc., maybe I shouldn't have been. Very eclectic, jumps here and there, but jumps well each time. It's what I've come to expect from one of the Klangmeisters - and a bit more. jeff --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Oh my! yes! I totally agree --- I also have long been quite of fan of this guy et al, and got this one w/o a pre-listen, cause i knew it would be good. This one goes in my KIB section of the record box - Keep In Box, cause I can play it it so many different settings...the tracks are that varied...I especially liked the 2 techno-esque thumpers :) Linda Leigh www.technotica.com At 08:45 PM 6/20/02 -0500, Mxyzptlk wrote:
