Codebase returns to the live stage after a two year hiatus
this April at Seattle's Baltic Room. Drawing on musical
influences ranging from early electronica through electro,
techno, and so-called 'micro-house', Codebase will perform
work recorded for an ongoing Swayzak Recordings project live
for the first time. Also featured on April 10 at the Baltic
Room are DJs Aaron B and Kuri Kondrak.
The Baltic Room's new Wednesday weekly ROBO.trash showcases
local Seattle electronic artists and DJ talent as well as
acclaimed international artists. The ROBO.trash sound
represents Seattle's take on the resurgence of electro and
more recent directions in disco nouveau and intelligent
dance music.
Codebase is featured on the upcoming Swayzak Recordings
compilation 240 Volts Volume 2.
