My personal opinion is that unless it's a hip/hop or professional and styled team or person doing their work mc's SUCK. It doesn't matter how many shows they've done an mc HAS to know every beat of his dj's music, that's why people like mc conrad are so great, and why mc happyluckygoofball deserves to be shot. In most cases music like drum and bass, or idm or for that matter EVERYTHING stand on their own the best. If the music is formatted for the mc and they're well practiced go ahead, but otherwise, turn off the mic and tell him the mc to befriend a water buffalo. Secondly every mc MUST respect the music and the real talent, the DJ, don't be telling me to put my hands up in back and get down with everybody in the front... bup bup bup... (figurative guns in the air waving) SHUTTUP!!!! sorry but 99.9% of the time mc's piss me off to the point of leaving what would otherwise be a great show... --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
