Hello fellow IDM'ers.
just a quick mention of Nortec2000. It is a seminar of sorts to be
celebrated in Tijuana, Mexico all throughout this week, at the Tijuana
Cultural Center - CECUT (like a 2 minute drive from the San Diego US
border). The seminar consists on lectures, workshops and sound
demonstrations that will feature:
kid606 (loved by many on this list)
sutekh
terrestre
fussible
panoptica
bostich
monithor
and
plankton man
the lectures, workshops and live demos start everyday at 7pm, inside the
cecut lectures (sala de lecturas) room. the cost is 4 dlrs per lecture or 10
dlrs for a week pass.
the event will conclude with a free outdoor concert this coming Saturday the
29th at CECUT with:
v rama (d'n'b dj set)
mr ejival vs panoptica (minimal dj set)
kid606 (idm live)
sutekh (minimal tecno live)
tolo (tech house dj set)
fussible (nortec live)
bostich (nortec live)
s. schuy (tech house dj set)
like i said before, the event is FREE and it will start at 8pm and finish
around 3am. anyone close to the border and interested in coming down,
