After last year's excellent Fragments cd on the Component label,
Codec takes intelligent d&b to task with a new remix album,
entitled Amalgamation, featuring reworkings by the likes of
Proem, Thug, Zammuto, Adrien75, Tripform, Octapus Inc,
Solenoid, and LogiQ to name a few. The styles explored on this
album rest firmly in the experimental d&b/idm realm with the
standouts being the mixes by Tripform, Adrien75, Zammuto,
