What with all the talk on the IDM list regarding MP3's I feel ok asking a semi-related question so here goes.... If I take an MP3 and convert it to .WAV and then make some adjustments and reconvert it to MP3 do I lose any sound quality? If there are any web-geeks out there who have ever tried to take a .JPG and the work on it and recompress it then you'll know what I mean. Thanks Shimone

The jpeg analogy is a good one, yes, mp3 is a lossy compression std, so your final result will have artifacts from TWO mpeg compressions ernie Ernesto Ikerd, (817) 763-4795 Company Graphics, Dept 17, MZ-1156 Lockheed Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems Fort Worth, Texas
