Most of you won't care, but I just checked Matador's website, and they've signed NYC underground hiphop act the Arsonists, previously on Fondle Em... More exposure for good hiphop can't hurt anybody. They've done such a great job of remaking their label lately... BoC, Burger/Ink,Cornelius, and the Jad Fair/Yo La collaboration (:-))
