Sorry, Im really new to this whole scene so please forgive my ignorance. The
other day my friend asked if Electro-lounge type stuff was idm. I told him
that i didnt think so, since a good portion of it lacks much thought, instead
going for more of an elevator feeling. The thing is, its not proper
dancefloor music, it is electronic, and its fairly atmospheric for the most
part. Beyond that, it would be hard to deny that some groups are doing new
and interesting things with electronic music. So is it idm?
