i have the blech cd w/the girl on the cover, the nexus phase i think its called(i cant seem to find it right now). the 1st sample(when it begins, besides the voices i mean) is from that autechre track off of anti, but they put a different beat over it. where is it from? i like it/want it. thanks andy ajsolomon@wesleyan.edu

It's a track called "Kracht". It's 3rd track on Disjecta "Clean Pit & Lid" (Warp / warpcd41 / 1996 / CD/2LP) bye rob

this is true, but the strange thing is that the original really doesn't sound much like the blech version unless you find it on vinyl, because the version on blech is being played at 45, not 33 like it's "supposed" to be played. so if you get the cd, you'll be disapointed with a track that sounds like it's barely moving along as opposed to the faster version... and the scratching and voice overs really make the blech version a bit better too. -kiya ----------
