The only style of DnB that the jungle show on my local radio station plays is
some sort of ragga/reggae jungle, and i've started to take a liking to it.
Does anyone know anything about this style (i.e. when it was most popular,
important artists, good compilations on CD)? It seems like it has a lot more
soul than two-step techstep, keeps it real with its roots.
Also, Portishead is on Saturday Night Live tonight for those of you in the
US.
