We get at least one post exactly like yours every week and I'm sure I'm not the only one who is tired of going over the same ground every time this comes up. Another favorite post of new list memebers is to have us list our top 10 favorite IDM albums of all time. Perhaps something to the effect of 'wait and see' before posting messages like this could be added to the IDM info e-mail you get when you subscribe?

I have to agree with the gonz-man here. The newbies should lurk a bit then start posting. Maybe an "if you like this album, then try that album" thing could be set up. I also feel that the idm review site should be getting more hits, since it could become a valuble resource. The guy running it should just rip down the reviews as they are posted, no need for permission, that takes too long. I say we start a 'clean up idm' campaign. who's with me??!! mult.

Reviews are lacking in this department. An idm newbie may want to find out something about a previous jega release or something: the easiest way for them to find out would be to post to the idm list because it would be difficult to find a review on it. This is even true for more popular artists as there aren't that many reviews on the net for squarepusher and older uziq gear. It would be nist to get the idm archives really stacked with info and reviews. piece
