Alright, so maybe I was wrong about the USPS, it's been three years since I lived in the US. However, the object of insuring something is to see to it that nothing goes wrong. How valueable is the record/cd that you're sending? If it has any value at all then insure it! If FrEyGuY says it's OK then so do I :) The truth is: insurance really does not cost that much more, so do it! Fin Precise (not so precise on that last message)
