With all this talk about Thorsten, I'd like to point out:
There is also a Various Artist 1-7 release on Chain Reaction (CR-02), which
was one of my favourite releases in 1995 - pretty much lays the foundation
for 8,8.5,9 originals and remixes. It is very distinct, and has an almost
pure extra-reduced sound which is very much in the "grey matter" style of
german minimalism.
