well although i don't know exactly where to find this,
if i were you i'd try some of these:
do a search (google, hotbot etc) for discographies or
reviews of Ae (or whom ever). some do carry cover art etc..
an even better place to look might be eBay. many times
auctions will have a decent photo/scan (quality will vary of course)
