i grew up in a musical family. my father and mother listened to jazz and
r+b. my father especially listened to a lot of funk music as well.
i'm the late 70's and early 80's i got tired of disco (my parents again),
and was trying to find something new. 2 songs changed my life: 'holiday in
cambodia' and 'christmas rapping'. after that, it was the beatles, the who,
early hip-hop (def jam label), punk rock, the ztt label and factory label
artists.
