Did you "get your hands on" the album by buying it, or did you come across a pre-release promo (or burn of one)? Don't know if you know, but Def Jux "watermarks" all their promos with a MacTalker-like voice saying things like "this is a promo, if you burn it i will cut you, bee-otch." That may be what you're hearing. The RJD2 album is almost entirely instrumental.
