well, here comes self-promotion, but i can't help to think that some of
my music (under the name cellular) has parts of the qualities you're
looking for, such as nice melodies and ever-evolving drill'n'bass beats.

listen to tracks 1, 4 and 6 first, they're the drilly ones. i do think
the other ones are nice too, but that might be somewhat subjective.
other than that, i can definitely recommmend 'lunatic harness'
and 'brace yourself' by mu-ziq, as mentioned before.
