this may be a bit cheesy and pointless, but for whatever it's worth:
acre, care, and tenandtracer are granting royalty-free rights to ALL non-profit, non-commercial internet radio stations. as the artist, ten and tracer, I possess all copyrights to my music, published or not. I am granting the right to play any of my music past/present/future (if I still maintain the copyright) without charge. future releases on my labels acre and care are also granted the same rights (again if I possess the copyright). if you would like a signed copy of this agreement for legal purposes, please send an SASE to address below. I'm unsure of the true legalities of this, but I feel that an effort is needed in an attempt to counter this ruling. I urge any other artists and labels that appreciate and support internet broadcasts to do the same. Post something on your websites, email radio stations, etc.
