Brock:
go to Radio Shack and get a RCA to Miniplug converter. You should be able
to record into something like SoundEdit 16 or Soundmaker or even something
more involved like Protools or Logic. All you'll need to do then is switch
over your soundmanager to "Sound in" rather than "External Mic". If you
come up short on software I'm sure you can find an elementary bit of
software at "Mac Music Software":
