ok - so it's not exactly on topic, but i'm thinking someone on here can help - i recently picked up a used mac g3 powerbook. i'm interested in recording audio from a mixer and turntables onto the laptop itself. the back of the laptop has two sound-in ports, one for a mic and one for 16-bit stereo. the outs from my gemini mixer are standard rca cables. anyone able to tell me where i go from here? just wondering exactly what cord i need to connect the two, which port is best to use (16-bit stereo?) and what kind of audio program is good for recording mixes and eventually burning them onto cd - make sense? thanks in advance for the help - now back to your regularly scheduled program... ===== Brock Phillips Motormouthmedia 2525 Hyperion Ave. #1 Los Angeles, CA 90027 fon 323.662.3865 fax 323.662.3844 email bmotor@pacbell.net __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
