LAPTRONICA: A Laptop Cage Match

Putting the Performance back into the often-stagnant arena of Laptop
music and video performance, the Laptop Cage Match will consist of two
competing teams of individual laptop musicians, each with a mascot
(human in costume), and an MC to conduct the evening in true
wrestling-promoter style. Each round involves members of the team
collaborating with each other to create their set, while the other team
attempts to divert attention away from the performing team with various
antics, using their mascot to its full potential. Laptop-created videos
and video projections will accompany the contenders throughout the
night. Contenders include ATOMLY, Sean Wolfe of SALVO BETA, QUANTAZELLE,
PROSWELL, and CRAQUE.
