Well the Josh Wink track is his latest 303 tweaking. Overall the production sounds pretty amatuer. As a matter of fact it reminds me of the music I make when messing around with Rebirth and Loops for Acid. Not much substance, not much depth. The 'A' side is just plain to old of a concept (back to '94) and isn't really original anymore. Just a beat with a building and unoriginal Acid line. The 'B' side is a little better and more along the lines of the recent remix Winx did for Slam. It's much more minimal and has a slower buildup. It's a decent single but certainly not his best work. The Omni Trio single is another story. It's really a cool release and only cost a few pounds (gotta love the marketing of Moving Shadow). It consists of a single track that's about 24 minutes long. The track starts with some breaks and builds into some nice Omni Trio style Drum n Bass. I recommend getting this single for a few reason. First being how much I love really really long tracks that take you on a journey, second is it's perfect music for the commute to work, third is you can't go wrong with Omni Trio and fourth is the price being so low you can't afford *not* to pick it up!
