i just felt th discussion needed to progress from warp (well, autechre mainly based) at th moment. i got th new fluxion album on chain rection recently. highly impressive. i feel chain reaction is a consistantly excellent label, ploughing an equally distinctive furrow as warp. i find their dubby abstract techno just as enthralling, a lot of th time more so than warps sometimes over obsessive (new autechre?)whirs and clicks. chain reaction is certainly more warm and human a lot of th time (fluxion and vladislav delay soundscapes). also, monolake hongkong - classic album, but new gravity ep is a BIG dissapointment, anyone else agree? thomas ____________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
