Hello everyone I was just wondering if one happened to be (not that I am, or even anyone i know, you understand) was putting out a 12" and one of the tracks, in a chopped up way, sampled a very well known 60's group, though not a well known track, would one really have to clear it. How much do people chase these things? Obviously in a 1000 copy 12" I (if I was which, you understand, I'm not) would be probably expecting to take a loss - so another expense just isn't feasible. It's just that it's the best track I've ever made and I really want it to be on it.
