AFAIK, the venue owns the security equipment so it was available to be used - it was not put in place externally. Also, AFAIK, it was used at the request of a number of the artists playing who didn't want their sets recorded. Sure, I'm guessing Warp probably aren't keen on people taping the shows but they are not acting over the heads of their artists.
