The news source that reported this kind of jumped the gun, and
made some presumptions that were incorrect.
I don't believe Napster ever planned to 'sue' Offspring or that
Offspring was ever rebelling against Napster - in fact, I think
they're supporters of Napster from what I've heard.
Anyway, the way it's working out now, is that all revenues from
the Napster merchandise is going to charity. No ill feelings
between Offspring and Napster AFAIK. Feel free to correct me
as I just learned about this all today... =)
