when I used to work at a record store we had a fabulous record of
traditional Christmas carols all performed by super-group combos of
German death metal bands (I beleive Kreator had the best track...). The
name escapes me, but damn was it fine. Cover was an evil santa kinda
vibe...
now on a serious note, The Residents have multiple versions of a track
called Santa Dog (they seemed to redo it every couple years), which is
sort of apocalyptic christmas stuff. There's an e.p with all (I think)
the versions on it on Ralph Records.
...and there's also that barking dogs do jingle bells thing which I'm
sure must be responsible for at least 3 homicides a seasons...
