Audiomulch, as you should all know, is a fantastic free granular synth
(amongst other things). However, in terms of realtime (read : live)
performance, it lags severely, meaning I have to "approximate" (read : wild
guess) my knob turnings and hope I end up with something close to
intended... I found the same to be true of granulab (actually granny was
even worse)
For those interested I use a Doepfer Drehbank to control all my software
(Reality and Audiomulch).
Anyways, my question to you all... is there a true, actually-real-time
granular synth out for the pc (win9x preferred...)
In fact, is there one out there for any platform?
If audiomulch was just a bit more responsive it would be insanely killer.
