Beautiful melodies (great harmonic/melodic sense), cool overall "sound
design", very nice development, whimsical sense of humor...
It's just so damn PLEASANT...but in a non offensive way.
Actually I didn't give this record a chance until all the hype wore off, but
it's really a great record. They're one of the only groups that manages to
absorb the Autechre influence, but doesn't sound like a blatant rip-off
(i.e....well, maybe I won't get into that, but you know who I'm talking
about).
