I've been having problems with this dilemma as well. I broke up the tracks on my PC using Cool Edit Pro but found even with the burn-at-once feature in whatever Adaptec proggie I was using I still got the odd click between tracks.... until... I discovered WinOnCD. You can load into the program a 740 meg audio file, and break up the tracks within the program, then burn at once.... VERY effective. Works wonderfully! Highly recommend it.
