I've become infatuated with the electro/newave offerings of labels like Ersatz Audio, Spelunk,
Clone, Serotonin.. Particularly stuff like Adult, G.D. Luxxe, Fischerspooner, Console's "14-0-0"
(the video for which can be viewed at matador.recs.com - pretty cool), some Dopplereffekt, Dakar &
Grinser in the more industrial/waxtrax mode.. Stuff that's as much Gary Numan or Bauhaus as it is
Model 500 or Drexciya.. So, who am I missing?
What BoC & Console tracks are more like this, as opposed to their more breakbeat numbers? What
other labels are turning out this kind of material?
