No, Reel is the label set up by one of the partners in Clear (Clair, I
think) after they split. Clear has since folded, it seems, and it's
actually been a while since there's been a new Reel release, so perhaps
they're dead as well.
The confusion probably comes from the REEL catalog numbers that Leaf uses
for the Invisible Soundtracks releases.
And no, I don't have a fax number for either of them. :)
