One of the parts of this worm is that it gets into your address book and
sends itself off to whomever is contained in your list. If you go to the
McAfee [www.mcaffee.com] site, search for the PrettyPark.exe, and follow
the instructions from there, you should be able to fix whatever damage
it's done.
