I have no more info about the person, but I believe the spelling is "Andi Hart",
and the record label name is "andihart" (something like that). The 10" I have is
a plain white sleeve with a photocopied drawing taped to the front of it. 3
tracks, all of which are indeed dark, weird, and quirky, but are good (one is
especially good, and is the last track on a mix set of mine which may finally
get put up on the net somewhere).
