The name of the band is "Apotheosis" It is early 90's commercial techno in
the stlye of "Quadrophenia" and "James Brown is Dead" a Friend of mine had
the single on CD, but it was stolen. Otherwise I'd give you the label.
Pretty good tune for the time, I still hear it at clubs in LI, New York.
