Probably better suited for the ambient list, but I'm not subscribed and
we'll give it a go here first. Can anyone recommend particularly
noteworthy ambient releases along these lines:
- Aphex "SAW I" and "II" (of course)
- Biosphere "Substrata" (is this on LP or just CD?)
- Tangerine Dream "Phaedra" and "Rubycon"
- Seefeel "Quique" and "Polyfusia"
- About any Eno release ever
This is about the extent of my ambient crate, although I know there's some
really mad stuff out there. Never even heard a FAX release, 'tho they get
props on this list all the time. So where does one begin? Relatively
obtainable suggestions preferred (i.e. not way out of print and worth a
mint). Gracias as usual.
