As mentioned in another post, Dockstader is a "classical" avant-garde
composer but he also did sound design for film and TV. He did sound design
for Fellini's "Satyricon" and the 50's Terrytoons cartoons with Gene Dietch
(father of Kim Dietch) of the 50s. He also worked on the 70s era Tom and
Jerry Cartoons. So take a break from this chantal/bjork/blah nonsense and
watch a Fellini flick or some cartoons You will really hear some
*innovative* sounds.
