I found Broadcast to be fairly mundane indie-rock with some "kitsch" (ie crap) keyboard noodlings on top. Quite forgettable - and why on earth are they on Warp? Plaid - excellent, I thought. Looked very calm and comfortable with their kit, and the addition of live bass and a vocalist saved it from just being another couple of blokes with keyboards.

Nooo! I loved it :o) I haven`t concentrated so hard for ages! The complexity of their arrangements was baffling. The night in general was ruined by the over-bearing heat inside the hall, and the uncomfortable seats. Good G&T`s at the bar though... <---HEATsink--->
