i don't understand why you have to take such a defensive tone on this. i
think it's a pretty reasonable question for someone to ask, especially if
the storefront has all those signs and the web site was inaccessible (at
the time - it would seem strange to me, too).
i dunno... just came across as Not Too Nice, coming from someone for whom
customer happiness should be Job Number One.
