Yes - while the packaging looks nice -- it's one of the dumbest designs
I've ever seen. We had one come broken from the distributor and one
re-order from a customer who broke theirs a week after we sent it. Since
then we've been shipping them in regular jewel cases and putting the empty
metal box in the package just in case someone wants it.
